Information submitted
Contact and project-inquiry forms collect the information visible in each form, including contact details and project requirements. Account registration can collect an email address, profile details, and authentication metadata through the configured authentication provider.
How it is used
Form information is used to store, route, and respond to the request. Account information is used to provide protected learner or administrative access. Course progress and certificates are stored only when those functions are configured and genuinely used.
Service providers
The production deployment uses the database, authentication, storage, and email providers configured by A.S. Educare. Provider credentials are not included in public source code, and this site does not report a successful submission when storage is unavailable.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators can view and update contact and inquiry statuses. Retention and deletion periods are set by A.S. Educare for its production environment and communicated to affected users.
